- A hockey stick
- A hockey ball
- A flat surface
- A 1/3 of a tennis court
- Start with your ball up against your stick
- Move your stick round to guide your ball where to go
- Try dribbling around 10 or more cones for about 5 mins a day to practice your skills.
- Make sure you left hand is holding the hockey stick securely and your right hand isn't holding the stick to tightly.
- Keep doing that drill every day for 5 mins each day and you will improve every time.
- Now you know how to dribble.
