How to dribble?

      MATERIALS NEEDED:

  • A hockey stick
  • A hockey ball
  • A flat surface
  • A 1/3 of a tennis court

  1. Start with your ball up against your stick
  2. Move your stick round to guide your ball where to go
  3. Try dribbling around 10 or more cones for about 5 mins a day to practice your skills.
  4. Make sure you left hand is holding the hockey stick securely and your right hand isn't holding the stick to tightly.
  5. Keep doing that drill every day for 5 mins each day and you will improve every time. 
  6. Now you know how to dribble.
